Solaris Advisers ("we", "us", "our") is a real estate advisory based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website solarisadvisers.in and to REOH, the internal operations application our team uses at reoh.solarisadvisers.in.
1. Information we collect
- Enquiries and forms: name, phone number, email address, property requirement, budget and any message you send us through our website, calls, email or messaging apps.
- Property submissions: details, photos and documents about properties that owners, developers and brokers share with us for listing or marketing.
- Team accounts (REOH): name, work email, role, login activity and attendance records of our staff.
- Technical data: basic website usage information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, used to keep the site secure and working.
2. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, shortlist properties, arrange site visits and manage transactions.
- To follow up with you at the times you have agreed, and to remind our team about those follow-ups.
- To prepare listings, brochures and property comparisons.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and systems, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. Google user data (REOH)
Our REOH application can connect to a Google account owned by Solaris Advisers, with the account owner's explicit consent, using Google's OAuth sign-in. It is used by our own team only. It is not offered to the public, and we do not access the Google data of our clients or website visitors.

- Storage and protection: the long-term access token that Google issues is stored encrypted on our own server. It is never shown on screen or sent to anyone else.
- Sharing: we do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. It is not read by people except where needed to provide support, keep the service secure or comply with the law.
- Revoking access: the account owner can disconnect Google at any time from REOH ("Disconnect Google"), which revokes the access and deletes the stored token. Access can also be removed from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also write to us to ask for deletion.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to deliver our services:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as web hosting, email delivery, push notifications and AI text-processing. For example, we use Google's Gemini service to turn pasted property or enquiry text into structured details. They may process data only on our instructions.
- Property owners, developers and brokers where you ask us to arrange a visit or a transaction (for example your name, contact number and requirement).
- Authorities where the law requires it.
5. Security and retention
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and password protection, and keep our servers updated. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information. We keep enquiry and transaction records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, or as required by law, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to the address below. We handle such requests in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. Children
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
